William Brain Sved was born in Toronto, Canada, and he still resides there. William is a former top certified personal trainer with twenty-five years of experience. He has trained hundreds of people, including top models, actors, Hollywood producers, and CEOs of large corporations. Fueled by discipline and a long commitment and passion toward his own self-betterment, as well as a heightened desire to feel alive, ‘Muscle Head’ is William’s debut book, and it is written from an inner passion and from the heart!
